Vaccum Leak Tester

The PRIMA – Dry Model bring forth a complete automatic control to the testing procedure of the PRESTO® Vacuum Leak Tester. It allows operators to set vacuum level set points for the Bubble Emission Vacuum Test (per ASTM Standard Test Method D3078-02), and program the test with a countdown timer holding the set vacuum to a pre-determined time to perform the test. It also facilitates Altitude Simulation (per ASTM Standard Test Method D6653), Destructive Leak integrity test (per ASTM Standard Test Method D4991-07) and Gross leakage of liquids from containers with threaded or lug-style closures (per ASTM Standard Test Method D5094). The PRIMA – Dry provides options to create Test profile of all testing parameters and input of “lot number” or other parameters for each test conclusive each test to be stated as Pass or Fail by the operator. In addition, data for each test can be exported or uploaded for detailed analysis and future reference. The connection from the PLC Controller & Vacuum Pump to the PRESTO® Vacuum Leak Tester (vacuum test unit) is an air-line enabling the Prima – Dry to be an economic & proficient testing device.

The PRESTO® – Prima – Dry MODEL only requires accessibility to power requirements of 220VAC 50/60 HZ and is fully equipped with a ground fault protected power cord with an on/off switch built in.
