The PRESTO Advantage

The PRESTO® leak detector is an excellent high quality product that adds quality control measure to your packaging applications and items. The PRESTO® leak detector is a seal integrity testing system which can be used for various testing methods to determine whether there is some fault with the tested product in case there is a faulty seal. Our leak detection tester can be used to test for all types of packages which can vary from: Bubble Emission tests, to Vacuum Package tests, to Dry Chamber tests, to Altitude Simulation tests; and the PRESTO® leak detector can do it all. The Presto ® leak detector comprises of a transparent vacuum tank, a vacuum system, a control valve and a vacuum gauge to indicate desired level of vacuum. The unit is mounted on a stain-less steel body.

Significance of Vacuum Leak Detector in Packaging Industry

While Manufacturing packed strips, blister packets, sachets, flexible packing, etc. It is crucial to determine the flaw in the packing process and seal integrity of the packing. The leak detector plays an essential role & helps us capturing any type of leakage defects of the semi-rigid, rigid and flexible packings.

Leaks, either micro, small or large can have a huge impact on the functioning & performance of a product or component & causes products to fail. Stress Formation, cracks and faulty seals are foremost cause of these leaks, but they can be detected & eliminated by performing vacuum leak test on products prior of mass production. Vacuum leak testing is the appropriate leak testing method for analysing sealed products or parts that can have leakage from any external source.
